Terms of Service 📋
Version TOS: 1.0.4
⚠️ The new version will not be applicable for those who accepted the old version and when I still fulfill their order, they will have to accept the new TOS when they order new projects.
🚫 Terminations
I reserve the full right to terminate a commission for reasons including but not limited to rude behavior, inappropriate behavior, non-cooperative behavior, rushing, and IRL issues.
💳 Payments
- Refunds will not be eligible once some/all work has been completed
- Any attempts to refund via chargebacks will result in a report within all developer servers (this will be done if you try to take away the money for which I did the work and the rbxm/rbxl file was sent)
- Tax must be paid when sending the payment
- Refunds will only be given proportionally to what has been completed (applicable if an upfront has been agreed upon, but I don't have funds to send money immediately since I have a business account with PayPal)
👥 Clients
- If the customer turns out to be a scammer when I check them out, I won't work with them
- I am committed to meeting time estimates however I will not do deadlines
- If you don't like the 50% upfront terms due to PayPal tax which takes away half of the money, then say it right away. I will take the fee when the job is done.
